Dr Jill Biden and President Joe Biden returned home to the White House after a weekend at Camp David, the president’s campaign retreat, on Sunday night.

The first lady donned an all-white outfit with a touch of black and nude covering her feet. While she’s often seen in dressier looks, the crisp whites of her denim, long-sleeved top, and sleeveless feather duster are a more casual but well-put together ensemble. She added minimal jewelry, including small hoops and simple stacked necklaces, as well as aviator sunglasses.

For his shoes, Dr Biden opted for a summer lace-up wedge espadrille. The black toe added a touch to the monochrome outfit and the nude details made the shoe more seasonal. She was also seen aboard the Marine One helicopter heading to the retreat on Saturday in the same shoes. The wedge heel is a change from the pumps she is often seen in at her more formal events.
