9 shoes that are no longer elegant

Now that you’re familiar with a few general elements that the editors of Who What Wear are ditching in order to be more stylish, it’s time to get a bit more specific and talk about the one element that can make or break a look: shoes. We all have these shoes that we keep a little too long (I know so), whether it’s for sentimental reasons or just because we loved them once (probably a little too much, due to how worn-out they look), but the truth is that they take up space that could be used for shoes that are in the style. Prevent my trip to Goodwill to donate, so they can go to a new home and be saved for the next time they inevitably return.

As frustrating as it can be, shoes can go in and out of the trending zone in the blink of an eye, and wearing an “out” pair can instantly make my whole look look old-fashioned. As a result, I’ve come to the conclusion that there are nine styles in particular that no longer have a place in your wardrobe in 2022 and which I think won’t be back anytime soon. On the bright side, there are nine alternative styles that are either more classic or proven trends. Ready to join me in enhancing your style through your shoe collection this year?
